Salad:
1 cup uncooked wild rice
1/4 cup toasted pine nuts
1 sml red onion
2 cloves garlic
1 sml apple
1.5 cup bite size cooked beets
DRESSING:
1 Tbsp djion mustard
3 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp cane sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar
Salt and Pepper to taste

DRESSING:

3 Tbsp grapeseed oil
1 tsp cane sugar
2 Tbsp vinegar

- Bring 3 cups of water to a boil, add wild rice. This will take around 45 minutes to cook.
- Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic until just translucent.
- Chop apple and cooked beets into bite size pieces.
- Once rice has cooled (or not if serving warm) combine all ingredients.
To make dressing,
Combine all ingredients into a jar and shake, shake, shake!
Pour over salad, to taste.
