Daybreak's Pumpkin Spice Granola

250g of Daybreak Mill's Granola Mix

1/4 cup Organic Maple Syrup

1/4 tsp Vanilla extract

1 Tbsp oil of your choice. I used grapeseed.

2 Tbsp Organic Pumpkin Puree

1/2 tsp  of each:

Ginger

Nutmeg

Cinnamon

Cloves

Pinch of salt.

Any additions like chocolate chips, cranberries, pumpkin seeds etc to taste. 

Method:

Combine granola mix and spices in a bowl. 

Warm the maple syrup, vanilla, oil, and pumpkin puree in a pan.

Once the wet ingredients have had time to get to know each other (just a couple minutes on low)pour over dry ingredients and combine. Toss in any extras you want to add. Dark chocolate is good with anything!

Spread out thin onto a cookie sheet lined with parchment paper. 

Pop it in the oven at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until it is starting to brown. 

Take out and let cool before you smash it up into tiny bits to consume like a vacuum because it's that delicious.
