Daybreak Roasted Chickpeas
Yield: Approx 2 cups 
1 Cup chickpeas that have soaked overnight
1 Tbsp organic olive oil
 2 Tbsp Daybreak spice blend (recipe found in Appetizer, Snacks, & Salads)

  •  Pre-heat the oven to 400 f
  • Rinse your soaked chickpeas and dry them off as much as possible.
  • When dry, put your chickpeas on a cookie sheet and dry roast them (no oil here) for around 45 minutes. Depending on how crunchy you prefer them. It is VERY important to give the pan a shake every 15 minutes. Set a timer!
  • When they have reached your desired crunch, give them a toss in olive oil and Daybreak spice blend. 
  • Enjoy!
