Chocolate Granola Bars


1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup natural peanut butter

2 cups Daybreak Mill Rolled Oats

1 cup Nature's Path Crispy Rice Cereal

1 cup Daybreak Chocolate Chips (reserve 1/4 cup)

Pinch of salt



Bring honey to a slow boil for 1 minute. Remove from heat and add peanut butter.

In a bowl, combine oats, crispy rice,salt, and 3/4 cup chocolate chips. 

Pour the honey mixture into the bowl and mix it on up. 

Line a loaf pan with parchment/wax paper. 

Press the mixture firmly into the pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips on top. Pop in the fridge for the night or until set.
