Who isn't loving grain bowls!

Ingredients:
3 cups cooked Einkorn
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup roasted sweet potato
1/2 cup steamed carrots
1/4 cups toasted pine nuts
1 hard-boiled egg (omit if you aren't feelin' it)
1 Tbsp butter (coconut oil for a vegan option)
2 Tbsp of dried dill
1 Tbsp lemon juice
Salt and Pepper to preference
Method:
For hot:
Into your "hot of the stove" Einkorn, combine butter, dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Top with seasoned steamed veggies and toasted pine nuts.
Sprinkle some smoked paprika on your hard-boiled egg to give it a little gusto.
For cold:
Melt the butter. Then add dill, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the butter. Pour over your chilled grain. Layer in your veggies, egg, and pine nuts.
