North Portal Pumpkin Bars
Yield: 
CAKE
4 eggs
1 cup grapeseed oil
2 cups cane sugar
1 can pumpkin puree (540ml)
2 cups unbleached stoneground
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ginger
1/2 tsp cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
FROSTING:
1 pkg cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 Tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
4 cups powdered sugar
Instructions

Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl, then add all the dry ingredients. Mix well and pour into greased and floured 12x18 inch pan. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes. Or, in a 9x13 pan bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until tooth pick comes out clean.

For the frosting, simply mix together. Let cake cool and frost. Enjoy!
