Cathie's Brownie
Yield:
Ingredients
1.5 Cup of Unbleached flour
2 Cups of Cane Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 Tsp Salt
8 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Cup Melted Coconut Oil
1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. First mix dry ingredients in a large bowl.
  3. Mix wet ingredients in a medium bowl.
  4. Combine
  5. Bake for 30 minutes 
  6. Of course, add nuts if you like.
  7. Eat them up!

  • I was told that this is the only brownie recipe i am allowed to use from now on. It was such a hit that since dec 30th I have already made 5 batches.
