Cathie's Brownie
Yield:
Ingredients
1.5 Cup of Unbleached Flour
2 Cups of Cane Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
4 Eggs
1 Tsp Salt
8 Tbsp Cocoa
1 Cup Grapeseed Oil
1/4 Cup Water
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mix oil & sugar together thoroughly
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.  
  4. Pour into a greased 9X13 pan and bake for 32 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

  • I was told that this is the only brownie recipe i am allowed to use from now on. It was such a hit that since dec 30th I have already made 5 batches.
