Ingredients
2c All Purpose Flour1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1c milk
2 large eggs
2/3c cane sugar
1c natural peanut butter
1/3c melted coconut oil
1c chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease muffin tins with additional coconut oil. In a large bowl combine flour, salt, baking powder and chocolate chips. In a separate bowl combine milk, eggs, sugar, peanut butter, and oil. Add the wet ingredients to the dry just until moistened, not over-mixing. Bake for 15-20 minutes depending on your oven.
