Oatmeal Muffins

2c oat flour
1/2c rolled oats
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A dash of nutmeg
1/4c brown sugar
1 cup of organic milk
1 whole banana, cold
1/3c rasins
Preheat oven to 375. In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar, set aside. In a blender combine milk and banana until well mixed, pour onto dry ingredients, and add raisins. Stir to combine. Add the rolled oats and stir. Batter should be thick like oatmeal, if not add more rolled oats, if too thick add milk. In a greased muffin tin add mix evenly to make 12 muffins. Top with sprinkle of cinnamon and brown sugar. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
