Ingredients2/3 cup cane sugar
1/2 cup grapseed oil
1 can of coconut milk (not shaken)
2 tsp vanilla extract
2.5 cups extra lite pastry flour
2 tsp baking powder
.5 tsp salt
2 cup chocolate chip
Preheat the oven to 375 F
- Combine sugar,honey, egg, oil, 2/3 cup of the coconut cream, 1/3 cup coconut water and vanilla.
- Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt right into the bowl. Give it the dry ingredients a gentle stir before mixing it all together to insure it will incorporate well.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Next, fill your liners to the half way point. Sprinkle a few extra chips onto the top.
- Bake off for 20 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
