Yield: 6 small loaves
Ingredients
8c warm water1/2c honey
1/4c molasses
3 T yeast
Combine and let rise for five minutes.
Add:
1c 7 grain cereal or 12 grain cereal or Daybreak Granola mix(optional)
3 eggs
1/3c extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp sea salt
1 Vit C Crushed(500mg)
8c whole wheat flour (Use part Daybreak Unbleached Stoneground for lighter loaves. Spelt flour version requires 1 extra cup of flour)
Beat well until dough develops elasticity - approximately 5 minutes. Then gradually add
10c Whole Wheat Flour

Instructions
Let rise for 30 minutes. Punch down and let rise 20 minutes more. Divide into 6 small loaf pans and let rise in warmed oven for 25 minutes. Turn on oven to 325F while loaves are still in, and bake for 45 minutes. Let the aroma of baking bread soothe you, and once baked and cooled enough to handle, treat yourself to a warm slice with butter!
