4 cups Einkorn flour
+more for dusting
1 tsp salt
3.5 oz (6tbsp) butter
1 1/2 milk
Combine butter and milk, heat until butter is melted. Combine 4 cups of flour, salt, and the milk mixture.
Let rest for 20-30 minutes.
Sprinkle work surface with flour and knead. It does not need much! If the dough is to sticky, just add a little more.
Make a snake and cut dough into 8 servings.
Roll out thin, but thick enough you can pick it up!
Heat your frying pan to medium high. One by one, you can dry fry your flatbread. Once it begins to bubble like a pancake, give it a flip!
