Einkorn bread
Yield:
Ingredients
6 c. einkorn flour (add more if needed)
2 ¼ c. warm water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 ½ tsp. active dry yeast
1 ¼ tsp. sea salt

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. In a large mixing bowl add warm water, yeast and sugar, let stand for 5-10 minutes. Stir in salt, then add flour 1 cup at a time while mixing. Dough will be sticky, add flour until dough starts to pull away from sides of bowl. In an oiled loaf pan add the dough and cover with plastic wrap. Let rise until dough reaches top edges of pan (anywhere from 30mins-1hr, keep an eye on it). Bake for 40 mins. Remove from oven, let cool and enjoy!
