Daybreak Einkorn Loaf


8 cups Daybreak Einkorn Flour
3 cups water
1/2 cup coconut sugar
3 tbsp active yeast

Mix warm water, sugar and yeast together and allow the mixture to froth for five or so minutes. Then slowly add the flour mixing thoroughly until it makes a ball. Allow dough to rise in a greased bowl for 1 hour covered with tea towel or oiled cling Wrap. Separate mixture in two separate balls and fold in dough and shape into oiled bread tins, cover and allow to rise for 45 minutes. Option to sprinkle the top with Flax l, chia, sunflower seeds etc. Preheat oven to 375 and baked bread for 35-40 minutes or till golden brown. Allow to cool for a few moments before turning it on to bed rack to cool.
